SONOS Selector Series: Adrian Younge
We started our Selector Series in order to give music fans a chance to get inside the heads and record collections of some of the best artists, curators, and music brains around. This month, we partnered with Sonos to bring you into the studio and home of Adrian Younge, renowned artist, producer, and business owner. We’ve loved Sonos for awhile now, and as their hardware has expanded over the years they’ve become an important component for our home listening setups. We live in an age where you can play any song or album anytime, anywhere, and we also live in one in which owning the albums that mean the most to you is essential. Adrian, like so many of us, believes that vinyl is the best way to own your music, and using Sonos solutions like the CONNECT, CONNECT: AMP, and PLAY: 5 digital and analog worlds come together seamlessly. It turns your favorite audio equipment even your warm old tube or solid-state system into a streaming machine so you can keep the stereo you love and play even more music with it. It also makes it easy to bring both the warmth of your favorite records and the convenience of the colossal library of digital streaming into every room of your home.

We Saw The National's Comeback Show This Weekend
There may not be a better place for the National to step back into our lives than Hudson, NY. Stretching a literal mile from end to end, the town has become a haven for rustic contradiction and a gathering place for some of the brightest creative minds of our time. Marina Abramović has a home here, as does John Ashbery, Philip Glass, Melissa Auf der Maur, and many more like them who fled the tantrum of New York for a bit of peace and quiet. And there is plenty to be found here. Aside from a main drag that boasts a motorcycle-themed coffee shop, a Malaysian bar that’s open until 4 a.m. for some reason, and enough furniture stock to power the sun, this is an easy place to get either lost or found, whichever one you happen to be looking for.
