Quote and formatting example article

When you insert a quote in the body of an article between paragraphs, it changes the formatting of the paragraph below (the only fix I've found is to clear formatting in the Content Builder, even though you haven't done anything to edit the paragraph directly/it doesn't look like the formatting has changed on the back end.
Example here, with the same text pasted below to show the formatting discrepancy:
